Our beloved senior dog passed away yesterday after a short battle with lymphoma. Denise met with us at our veterinarian’s office and was beyond professional. There aren’t words strong enough to fully explain how much Denise’s kindness and compassion mean. I called Denise at 1:45am for a friend. I have nothing but love for this company. I was flipping back and forth between the cremation services my vet offered and Brighton Pet Cremation. In the end, I decided I liked the idea of a local company handling my precious boy's remains rather than shipping him off to a big city where who knows what would've happened to him. I also loved the fact I could bring his body home for a little while to show my other dog that he had passed. She came to my home and at the agreed time, then had him back to me the next day. I lost my cat Ruby overnight Christmas Eve . She was 20 years old and passed away in her sleep . I was at a loss as to what to do as it was Christmas . I called Denise and she was so understanding and said she would be right over to get her and not to worry . I just got Ruby back in a beautiful engraved cedar urn . Shes home now where she belongs and I thank Denise so much for her compassion to me and her care of Ruby .
