Contact us
Call our office and tell us what you need.
We will listen, answer your questions, explain the available options, and help make the necessary arrangements. You can also share basic details in advance through the pet pre-registration form.

Choose the care option
Choose private or communal cremation.
Private cremation is individual and allows the cremated remains to be returned. Communal cremation takes place with other pets, and the remains are not returned. We will explain the difference and answer your questions.

Arrival or pickup
Arrange how your pet will come into our care.
You may bring your pet to our Brighton office from any community. Pickup from a home or veterinary clinic may also be available within approximately 40 km of Brighton, depending on location, schedule, and availability. Possible fees beyond that range must be confirmed by phone.

Complete the care
The final step reflects the service you choose.
Private cremation: We secure the remains in the urn you select and make them available at our office with a signed cremation certificate and identification disc.
Communal cremation: The remains are not returned. We later scatter them respectfully along our landscaped, man-made pond.
Our published information says pets are typically ready within three days; please confirm timing for your situation.
