When travel is difficult
Pickup Service
You are welcome to bring your pet to our Brighton office regardless of the community in which you live. Pickup is a separate service and may be available from a home or veterinary clinic, depending on location, schedule, and availability.
Our published pickup area is within approximately 40 km of Brighton, Ontario. Families farther away may incur an additional fee. Please call first to confirm availability, timing, and any applicable fee.
Individual care
Private Pet Cremation
With private cremation, the crematory is reserved exclusively for your pet. Your pet is cremated individually and the cremated remains are returned to you.
After cremation, we carefully secure the remains in the urn you choose and make them available for pickup at our Brighton office. Private cremation includes a signed certificate of cremation and an identification disc that follows your pet through every step for accountability.
Shared care
Communal Pet Cremation
During communal cremation, pets are gently placed in the crematorium together. The communally cremated remains are later respectfully scattered along our landscaped, man-made pond.
With this service, the cremated remains of your pet are not returned to you.
Typical timing
Our current published information says a pet would typically be ready to go home within three days. Because circumstances vary, please confirm current timing directly.
After-hours needs
Loss does not always happen during convenient hours. Call our office and we will explain what support is available.
Who we serve
Families from any community may bring their pet to our Brighton location. Pickup remains limited by distance, schedule, and availability.
